Does she have thought bubbles or a voice that only Neil can hear? Or does she think in pictures without words?

Does she sometimes have lips and twisted contorted parts to express anthropomorphic character? Or is strict engineer-proper proportion desirable?

A variety of styles can be used for different scenes. More cartoony characters allow greater possibility for fantasy tangents. Realism leans towards serious reporting.

Realism requires complete photographic reference material for every frame. Would that be possible?

More photos will be needed for body types and characteristic gestures. A photo file for each character would need to be developed. After a while I would be able to extrapolate from the file material.
